Our Thanksgiving Vacation
On our arrival we had just settled into the cabin, and a large Owl out the window
caught our eye......it looked too large to be a barred owl and the front looked more white
but I have not been able to ID it........
I did see the barred owl later in the week it was on a low tree limb at the forest edge
on our north trail......it looked much smaller than the one the first night and the
one in the photo below
This is and extremely long shot.....the owl appeared to be at least 2 ft. tall or more
I think this is the barred owl......
More to come.....I'm working on the update page as you are reading this.......
someone on "Bear Creek Acres" dresses these bears up each Holiday...Makes us Smile.... ..
Hubby bought a milk jug for my "birthday"...I had seen one one a year or so ago and mentioned I would like one....
